1 large baking potato per person
vegan margarine
filling ingredients as below

Baked potatoes are a lovely snack served on their own or with some vegan margarine. However, here are some ideas for fillings.
Soft vegan cheese and chopped spring onion
Macaroni Cheese
Vegan Chilli
Curry tofu (slices of hard tofu coated in a curry sauce  coconut milk and curry paste)
Baked Beans
Lentil Dahl
Vegan cheese with sweetcorn
Vegan mayonnaise and garlic
Coslaw made of grated carrots, white cabbage and onion mixed with vegan mayo or salad cream
Homous with tomato and cucumber slices
Bacon flavour bits with cucumber and mayonnaise
Courgette and tomato
