Noodles with Leek Sauce

50g noodles per person
1/2 large leek per person
vegetable oil
sauce flour
soya milk
freshly ground pepper

Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.   Finely chop the leek and wash carefully. Fry in a little oil until soft and then   add 1/2 teaspoon of sauce flour and stir until the leeks are coated. Slowly add   the milk until the mixture is a sauce. make it as runny or thick as you   like.Season to taste. Once the noodles are done strain and coat with the   sauce.
